We’re looking for a motivated social strategist to join the team at Ammunition. The Social Media Manager will work in coordination with internal and external teams in developing content calendars, posting content, and community management for ongoing organic social programs.

Experience

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the evolving social media landscape, including platforms, strategies, influencers, publishing, and listening tools
  • Work collaboratively with the Media department to plan and execute paid social media and influencer marketing plans that are part of a holistic cross-channel media strategy
  • Manage the planning, implementation, tagging, optimization, and reporting of paid social media and influencer marketing buys
  • Identify, create and execute social and influencer content strategies, including collaborating with the Creative teams to develop effective and insightful content
  • Foster strong client and vendor relationships in order to build knowledge and create strategic plans that successfully achieve the established goals
  • Anticipate & confront client challenges and provide thought leadership on assigned client business
  • Evaluate and recommend industry concepts, resources, and tools in order to successfully serve the agency and its clients
  • Professionally represent the agency to clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Support agency initiatives and new business efforts with subject matter expertise

You're a Great Fit If

  • You’re passionate about what you do and are ready to help build an agency running with a startup mentality
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • You have 5 years of digital strategy experience
  • You have working knowledge of Social Studio
  • Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
  • Computer skills including Excel and Keynote
