Ammunition is looking to hire an Assistant Account Manager to support the day-to-day needs of clients in the home building space. The AAE works closely with the Account Management team to support the ongoing needs of their clients, and support to internal agency teams. They work closely with strategy, technology, and creative teams to deliver on and exceed client expectations. He or she should be well-organized and adaptable with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop quarterly in-depth business reporting (share, volume, sales, etc.) and comprehensive competitive advertising/marketing analyses
  • Secure approval of production estimates and oversee production budgets
  • Evaluate creative work and provide feedback for revisions, as needed
  • Build expertise on a brand’s competitive landscape and client’s business
  • Understand appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative and technology team needs
  • Establish familiarity with Agency disciplines
  • Work closely with Account Management staff in identifying and recognizing advertising and marketing ideas to solve client problems
  • Coordinate the setup and management of both client-facing and internal meetings
  • Trafficking of digital and non-digital deliverables for clients
  • Update and publish Client facing weekly status reports

  • Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling oral)
