Emily, hailing from the Hudson River Valley of NY, was born with an innate drive to understand the intricacies of life and human behavior. As a child, constantly curious to try new things, Emily wanted to find out what made the world tick. Her first word was naturally, “why?”
As a Skidmore College and General Assembly graduate, Emily learned the formal and technical aspects of design—the principles, digital techniques, and analytical thinking. It was also here that she learned the importance of simplicity to convey a clear message.
As a UX/UI designer, Emily uses her desire to create order from chaos to connect people, align ideas, and merry form and function. When not practicing chaos theory, Emily can be found doing yoga, traveling, or coming up with new design patterns for her future pajama company.
